Only data that is relevant for your membership with England Athletics (EA) is shared with them but is stored on a secure server that only named Committee members have access to.
This data is used to facilitate the administration and club communication with EA and is NOT shared with third parties.
Health Information (i.e., that you may have provided to MRC) is shared only when necessary for the Run Leaders to ensure your Health and Safety on Club Runs.
Periodically we will use third party mailing tools such as Mailchimp to send out emails.

6. Data Retention

We only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy.
If you decide to leave MRC, we will delete your data from the internal servers after 2 months of your membership lapsing.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.
