Championship 2020-21
the rules
- 1 point for doing a parkrun
- 1 point for doing a parkrun for the first time
(must be indicated by a green leaf on the official parkrun results ) - 2 points for a parkrun PB
(not an event PB) - 2 points for volunteering in a non running roll
- 1 point for volunteering in a running roll(2 in total as you get 1 point for running )
- 1 point for 3rd in age category
- 2 points for 2nd in age category
- 3 points for 1st in age category
To be eligible for the champs you MUST. be a paid up member of MRC (1st or 2nd claim ) and your parkrun profile MUST specify that you run for MRC (it’s the only way we can pick up the data).
Also if you volunteer please let either James S. or Ross B. know as this is also hard to capture!
